"So Afraid of Dying, We Forget to Live" Isn’t it strange how so many people are afraid of dying… yet they’re not really living? It’s a bit of a contradiction. The fear of death is really about the fear of not living . And yet, that fear often holds us back from doing exactly what we’re here to do— live . We get stuck in routines, worry about the future, and put off things that bring us joy. We play it safe, thinking we’re protecting ourselves. But what we’re really doing is missing out. Day by day, we slowly lose the spark of being truly alive. And for what? If we're constantly thinking about death, we’re not actually living. It's a pointless anxiety, because the one thing we all know for sure is that life will eventually end. The real question is: What are we doing with the time we’ve got? So how do we turn it around?
